The VI Department of Planning & Natural Resources has contracted VI RC&D to assist the Coastal Zone Management Program (CZM) in providing public education & outreach regarding the new St. Croix East End Marine Park Rules & Regulations, and in developing information signs for the Park. VI RC&D is also assisting in designing & installing sediment and erosion control best management practices (BMPs) to stabilize the dirt road/trail from Pt. Udall to East End Bay.
