Hotel Registration Information

The Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort & Spa is nestled hillside at the northeastern end of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The 81-acre lush, tropical Resort overlooks the emerald and blue waters of Water Bay to the north and St. John and the British Virgin Islands to the east, where the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea meet. Whether swimming in one of three inter-connecting pools; sunbathing, or enjoying a variety of water sports at the hotel’s secluded beach; playing a round of miniature golf or tennis; or dining in one of its 3 restaurants; this St. Thomas resort is ready to take you on a fun-filled adventure. Conveniently located, the resort is two miles west of Red Hook and five miles northeast of downtown Charlotte Amalie.

Special room rates of $170 per night plus 8% tax, 5% service fee& $3 Housekeeping gratuity fee per room per night (~$195.00 total, single or double) have been arranged for this event. These rates will be available 3 days before and after the event, subject to availability.
